Territory Managers will be responsible for all sales activity in the defined geographic territory. Responsible for the sales of BTS software services to potential customers throughout the territory. Effectively manage installed accounts including establishing relationships at all levels, understanding current Company services and abilities, and identifying current and future opportunities. Establish relationships with Sr. Executives by being perceived as a valued business partner.
BTS is looking for HR professionals to join at levels of Deputy Manager, Manager or Senior Manager HR to join them ASAP. This position reports to the GM HR. The incumbent will play a generalist HR Role and will be responsible for the following (amongst others):
Be MBA (Full time course) in HR. – Compulsory.
Have at least 2 to 6 years of experience handling Generalist profile
Have the ability to create strategies & manage Employee retention
Have the ability to initiate & manage Performance Management Systems
Must be a person with High Energy and Dynamic in nature
